- 1/2 Cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup Hot water
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp Asian chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dark brown sugar
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 Scallions, green & white parts thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Peanut butter
1/4 Cup Hot water
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Lime juice
2 Tbsp Asian chili sauce
1 Tbsp Dark brown sugar
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Cilantro leaves, chopped
2 Scallions, green & white parts thinly sliced
Place the peanut butter in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Add the rest of the items to the bowl and mix well.
